WHY THIS ROLE IS VALUABLE
Revantage's IT organization is beginning a journey to develop base level capabilities as it relates to Demand Management intake and tracking and matching that with resource capacity and resource forecasting . This is an opportunity to lead and build the creation of something new inside Revantage IT that will be critical to our ongoing success in forecasting work, resources and making understanding priorities. This role will directly interface with and assist the SVP of IT Operations to create the vision, strategy, design and ultimately the execution and roll-out of these process es and underlying technology capabilities .
HOW YOU ADD VALUE
- Lead the development and design of the road-map and strategy for the Demand Management and Resource Capacity and Resource Forecasting capability development and maturation
- P artner in discussions and co-innovator on all related IT Demand and Resource process developments
- Utilize proven skills in OCM to enlist follower-ship as the new processes surrounding Demand and Resource processes are deployed
- Ability to collate and assimilate large amounts of data from disparate sources to a "single source of truth" from which analysis is performed, insights are derived and actions are recommende d
- S trong data visualization capabilities and report creation and report writing skill
- Serve as an "evangelist" for Demand Management and Resource forecasting initiatives throughout all levels of IT
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
Required:
- Minimum 5 of years experience
- Knowledge with large scale process creation, deployment and operations
- Proficiency in concepts surrounding Demand Management and quantification
- Expertise in concepts surrounding Resource Allocation, Resource Capacity and Resource forecasting
- Ability to communicate to diverse sets of IT personnel at differing levels from front line individual contr i butors to executives
- The ability to enlist "follower-ship" from multiple departments and customer bases
- Proven expertise in data visualization, report creation and report writing utilizing different technologies such as Excel Pivot Tables, Tableau, PowerBI , etc.
- Strong knowledge and proven experience with Organizational Change Management
- Strategic planning and the ability to translate vision into objectives , milestones, project deliverables, etc
- Strong relationship development skills
- Understanding the needs for and the ability to deliver upon " consumerizing " corporate end users' experience with IT
- Strong written and verbal communication that flexes to the audience's needs and levels
- I mplementing change management, asset management, customer portal, request management, etc in ServiceNow and across IT teams and customer/business teams
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
