Job Description:
JOB PURPOSE:
The Unified Collaboration and Communication team is responsible for designing and supporting highly available enterprise video services. As a video analyst, you will work in a fast paced, dynamic environment supporting a broad set of collaboration solutions, including conference room technologies, augmented reality, digital signage, and large meeting solutions. We're looking for a video professional with comprehensive expertise in investigation, design, implementation, and support of video solutions. If you are an expert with superior skills and a passion for using technology to solve collaboration challenges, this role is for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identifies emerging technologies that can meaningfully extend the systems to better support user needs, participate in prototyping the use of those technologies, and support decision-making regarding technical direction
Executes on the road map and demonstrates perceptible business value
Collaborates with Infrastructure Engineering teams to evaluate developing technologies and their viability as part of the overall infrastructure roadmap

Maintain standards, processes and procedures on projects that will accelerate technologies for our business partners including the rollout of innovative products and services

Implement multiple complex technologies and strategies

Designs and engineers enterprise tools in conjunction with the overall Infrastructure strategy

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Minimum of a bachelor of science degree in Computer Science, MIS or related degree and five (5) years of relevant enterprise video experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
TOP CANDIDATES WILL ALSO HAVE:

A/V experience (Crestron, Logitech, MTR, Bi-amp, Poly, ect.)
Realwear/Hololens experience
IP networking (LAN/WAN)
Window OS (desktop and server)
Office 365 (Meetings/Stream)
Digital Signage
Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
Evolution of emerging vendors and or products
Handling of technical escalations
Evolution of emerging vendors and or products
Handling of technical escalations
Vendor Management
