We're rapidly expanding and looking for a talented Real Estate Inside Sales Agent Trainer to join our growing team. You'll help teach our users how to convert pre-qualified leads from Google and/or Facebook into new clients. Strong candidates should be driven sales professionals that have training and/or coaching experience. Candidates do not have to have prior experience working at software or marketing companies, but should be relatively tech savvy, have a healthy interest in new technologies, and should feel comfortable learning new software and learning to troubleshoot issues with clients. Most importantly we're looking for candidates who are quick-thinking, detail-oriented, patient, positive, and thoughtful.
Requirements
Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Real estate license or real estate training background preferred
  • At least 1-2 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong technical and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask, and work independently toward deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to work well in a small group setting
  • Positive demeanor, trustworthy character


Responsibilities:

  • Teach our users how to Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs
  • Be an expert at creating and maintaining a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads
  • Be able to listen to calls and provide written and/or verbal feedback
  • Help our users expand their perspectives to Develop new business opportunities within specific Ylopo product ecosystem.


This role is a US based, fully remote position. Some small amount of long distance travel may be required for training, client events, or meetings at company headquarters.
