RESPONSIBILITIES

The Integrations Support Specialists will provide integrations study support after the study is deployed to production.

The Integrations Support Specialist is responsible for the following:

Technical integration support for live studies, including application support, technical research and troubleshooting, application training, and change control processing for integration issues.

  • Monitor incoming production integration tickets to ensure all tickets are resolved in a timely fashion
  • Leverage internal tools and documentation to work independently to triage, coordinate and solve technical integrations issues.
  • Communicate with customers to highlight integrations and work together to resolve.
  • Update requirement and solution documents as needed in support of changes.
  • Deploy changes through SDLC processes into production as needed.
  • Work with Integrations Analysts and Product Engineering as needed to resolve technical issues.
  • Adhering to SOPs to ensure the data integrity and blinding of a study is preserved.
  • Execute data management activities in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs) set forth by 4G Clinical
  • Review study-specific documentation to obtain an understanding of study-specific data processing requirements
  • Manage client open requests, and communicate status with all interested parties


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

The following skills are essential; customer service, troubleshooting, issue management, and problem resolution. The candidate must also have excellent interpersonal skills and integrity, superb attention to detail, motivation to work/learn independently and the ability to work well in a team environment.

EDUCATION AND/OR CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in RTSM support or information technology.

OTHER SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS

Excellent communication and listening skills.

Previous Helpdesk experience preferred.

Introductory abilities troubleshooting technical system preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as with the ability to facilitate discussion of system requirements with coworkers.

Motivated to work in a fast paced constantly changing environment.

Strong organization, multi-tasking and prioritization skills.

Strong attention to detail.
