Overview of Position
The Payment Solutions team is a market leader in developing innovative products that streamline healthcare payments and data exchange. We are currently looking for an implementation specialist to support implementations of our Business to Business (B2B) payment solutions. The implementation specialist will drive the operational and technical implementation workstreams including system configuration and testing in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
- Manage the technical implementation of payment solution for new and existing customers
- Support scope development and business requirements for projects
- Map client files to proprietary format
- Assist clients in production quality data files
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
What are the requirements needed for this position?
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 + years experience with analyzing data
- 2+ years experience with claims data and basic programming
- 2+ years experience with software databases such as SQL server and Oracle
- Experience with data file types such as XML, fixed data, and PDF
What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
- Experience with ANSI X12 files
- Experience with insurance related documents, print/payment or claims processing solutions
- Client management, project management or implementation experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Detailed oriented, ability to multitask multiple priorities and assignments and strong organizational skills
