HTOM (Junior)

HTOM - Remote but sitting in RTP, NC or Richardson, TX

One of The Select Groups clients is seeking a remote High Touch Operations Manager to bring on their team immediately. This is a completely remote, long term opportunity to work with one of the leading tech companies. Candidates must, however, sit in either RTP, North Carolina or Richardson, Texas. (Would like them to be on site at the office occasionally (or as they would like) so they can network, mingle and learn from the other HTOM's.

HTOM REQUIREMENTS

Exceptional Communication, Relationship building, and Presentation skills

• Must be enthusiastic/energetic
• Must be able to build relationship/rapport
• They can tell a good story
• Has very strong presentation skills
• Will present QBR's to stakeholders & executives at large customers

5+ years Operations Experience

• Project management
• Customer support
• Operations Management
• Process improvement

Experience leading teams
Strong Excel & reporting skills
Escalation/Conflict Management Skills
Bachelor's Degree Required
