As a Functional Lead in our practice you will:
- Manage Roadmaps (triage incoming client requests to asses scope and impact, backlog management, user story prioritization, and sprint alignment)
- Oversee refinement of user stories (answering questions about requirements, functionality, business process, program needs)
- Coordinate and oversee sprint Reviews/Demos and UAT cycles with the client team
- Support development and testing teams by answering questions on functionality, user story acceptance criteria, resolving impediments
- Lead functional teams while partnering with development and testing teams to execute required tasks
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College or University
- 4+ years of Business or Functional Analyst experience working in an Agile environment
- 2+ years of Team Lead experience
- Experience leading client meetings and product demonstrations
- Must be local to the Bay Area
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience working SaaS products
- Experience with MS Dynamics, Salesforce, or ServiceNow
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Functional testing experience
- Consulting experience related to state, local, or federal government projects
