Job Description
The Foreclosure Specialist II is responsible for monitoring the foreclosure action to ensure that the investor and/or insurer timelines and guidelines are adhered to from the first legal action to marketable title. This position monitors daily and monthly system reports and is responsible for updating and maintaining accurate records. The Foreclosure Specialist II is responsible for working with the Loss Mitigation and Bankruptcy department to ensure the foreclosure action is timely placed on hold as applicable and not being delayed unnecessarily.

How You'll Spend Your Time
- You will work your portfolio daily, and become familiar with reviewing legal documentation as you will be working with it daily
- You will work closely with the specialists on your team to ensure deadlines are kept
- You will utilize your basic math skills to prepare and send out required documentation to the appropriate individuals
Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of Associate's Degree in a business related field and 3 - 4 years of experience in default servicing; or 5 - 7 years' equivalent work related experience.
