About the Role

We are looking for a Fleet Administrator tojoin us on our journey to facilitate a digital revolution in the B2B supply chain. The Fleet Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our fleet maintenance operations. This position will review current processes and recommend improvements to streamline workflow. The Fleet Administrator will act as liaison between vendors, management in the field, and leadership.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Asset Management
    • Conduct routine inventory of assets.
    • Review and coordinate necessary asset repairs and preventative maintenance.
    • Work directly with drivers and vendors to schedule and approve asset maintenance and repairs.
    • Ensure asset maintenance schedules are set and performed at proper intervals.
  • Data Entry
    • Add vendor work orders to asset tracking and management system; review and audit work orders.
    • Add and review inventory levels; order stock as needed.
    • Assist with month-end financial and inventory records.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain systems, procedures, and policies.
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned.
  • This is an in-office position. Remote work is not provided.

Requirements

  • Proven communication skills and experience.
  • Ability to understand new systems and tools quickly.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency in all projects and an ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as necessary.
  • Ability to multi-task projects and required tasks in an organized fashion.
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as self-motivated in individual projects.
  • Spanish and English speaking preferred.
  • Fleet and/or automotive repair experience preferred.
  • FMCSA experience preferred.
  • Six Sigma and/or Project Management experience preferred.
  • ASE or OEM certifications preferred.
  • Service Consultant/Advisor experience preferred.

Educational/Experience Requirements:

  • Associates degree
  • 3- 5 years related experience and/or training

Compensation: $65-85k
