About the team
FCM (FIS Content Management) is FIS' strategic archive for documents, reports and statements. We are primarily in the banking space today, but are looking to expand into other markets and potentially going global. We work with Implementations, Support, Product, Development and Sales to provide an excellent client experience for our FCM clients.
What you will be doing
In this role you will be the subject matter expert on our solutions. You will interact with our matrix partners to ensure our clients are having a great client experience with the goal of every client being referenceable. As issues arise for the clients, you will be the leader to bring the necessary groups together to get the problems solved for the client. You will also be involved in the sales cycle as a subject matter expert on our solution.
• Establish and maintain close client relationships with the top 25 clients in our business
• Problem solve as issues arise for our clients
• Maintain a list of client references to be used by Sales
• Host webinars in partnership with the Product team to ensure our clients are up to date on product feature/functionality
• Attend client user groups as necessary

• Ability to travel 5 - 10%
