The Workshop and Training Delivery Facilitator position combines the responsibilities of aConsultant and a Trainer. The Facilitator will be the subject matter expert for delivery of Kickoff, Workshop, Training and Reinforcement sessions around our Command of the Message®, Command of the Sale®, Command of the Talent® and Command of the Plan® solution areas. The Facilitator will also assist in the creation and delivery of custom sales effectiveness programs.  

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Facilitate 5-day virtual or 3-day in-person workshops with customer comprised of 12-20 senior-level client executives 
  • Deliver 5-day virtual comprised of 100 participants per track or 2-day in-person training events
  • Conduct discovery interviews to determine clients’ as-is situation  
  • Facilitate virtual opportunity, account, and territory reviews to drive participant adoption  
  • Conduct sales manager certification and coaching and development sessions to drive manager reinforcement  
  • Work remotely within a global team during the execution of client engagements  
  • Assist in the creation of impactful curriculum, tools, and best practices based on client-specific requirements  

A Facilitator should be a former senior sales manager in the high-tech industry with subject matter expertise in value-based selling and negotiation methodologies, territory/account/opportunity planning, and sales talent management. The candidate should be able to facilitate a large, diverse audience in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment toward an effective workshop and training outcome.

They must engage large audiences over an extended period by establishing an emotional connection to content, handling objections, and negotiating consensus. It is essential that a Facilitator learns quickly and can teach new sales effectiveness methodologies tailored to enterprise sales, inside sales, channel sales, and account management/customer success.  

The ideal candidate will also have: 

  • 10+ years of senior-level sales management experience within the high-tech industry  
  • 5+ years selling consulting or professional services  
  • 3+ years of experience facilitating executive workshops  
  • 3+ years delivering sales training to groups larger than 150 participants  
  • Experience in enterprise sales, inside sales, channel sales, and account management/customer success  
  • An extremely high level of personal integrity  

 

This position can be based in any major US metro area and would be an independent contractor.
