End To End Supply Network Expert

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary responsibilities of this role, End to End Supply Network Expert, are to:

  • Optimize planning parameters to achieve optimal resource utilization across all product lines;
  • Coordinate capacity planning at radiology supply centers for all radiology products, manages multi sourcing decisions of related medical devices' components on operational level;
  • Ensure Multi-level inventory management (raw materials and finished goods) including the determination and monitoring of target inventory levels and the minimization of scrap;
  • Analyze structural demand changes in terms of demand trends, pattern (e.g., seasonality) and product mix in order to identify potential bottlenecks;
  • Provide tactical decision support applying simulation and scenario analysis tools;
  • Involve in the Integrated Business Planning process together with Portfolio Management, Regional Supply Chain functions and Site Supply Chain functions;
  • Ensure Mid to long term plan of raw materials and components for long term supplier contracts;
  • Manage product life-cycle projects for respective product pipelines;
  • Be responsible for the monitor and achievement of Supply Chain Key Performance Indicators (e.g., inventory levels, schedule attainment and customer service level, forecast accuracy) scrapping, etc

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in (Engineering, Supply Chain, Mathematics, Business, Information Technology);
  • At least 10 years of total experience;
  • At least three years of operational or project experience in demand and supply planning;
  • At least 10 years' experience in Product Supply discipline;
  • Strong skills in Statistical Analysis Plans(SAP), APO, ERP, SD/MM/PP, Analysis for Excel and Excel;
  • Excellent theoretical and practical background and process knowledge in master planning, production planning, scheduling and forecasting;
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills that promote collaboration and transparency across the organization;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to simplify and communicate complex issues to stakeholders across the organization;
  • Proven ability to build cross functional relationships and partnerships;
  • Ability to manage projects of high complexity with no or limited direction;
  • Demonstrated advanced problem-solving abilities;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Ability to turn data into actional able insights.
