Director End-User Infrastructure Services
BayCare is currently in search of our newest Director End-User Infrastructure Services who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. We are looking for an individual seeking a career opportunity with one of the largest employers within the Tampa Bay area.
Responsibilities:
- Under the general direction of the Vice President/Chief Technology Officer, the Director of End-User Infrastructure Services is accountable for directing and defining the business and secure operational application of the Data Center Facilities, Communications rooms, Data Center Operations (7x24x365), and core/Cloud Hosting technologies at BayCare Health System.
- This includes all IT System, Storage, Database, Printing, Backup/Recovery, Virtualization and remote access Services.
- Leads teams in the service roadmaps, technical design, service improvement initiatives, capacity planning, vendor negotiation, implementation, troubleshooting and analysis of the technology enterprise infrastructure.
- Has final technical responsibility for selecting, designing, interpreting, organizing, executing and coordinating technology assignments.
- Will ensure that Operations Center and technology staff are delivering on service goals and technology aspects of new systems implementations, IT projects and general day to day operations.
- This position is responsible for facilitating and driving the future service & technology solutions at BayCare.

Preferred Experience: 5+ years in a technical services role within Healthcare Information Technology.

Education
- Required: Bachelor's - Computer/Business Related
- Preferred: Master's - Computer/Business Related
Experience
- Required: 5 years - Technical services role within Healthcare Information Technology
- Preferred: 5 years - Proven leadership skills in a technical service environment.
