Director of Cybersecurity Business Development and Operations

Siemens Government Technologies (SGT) growing Infrastructure and Energy Solutions (I&ES) organization is in search of a self-driven individual to lead our cyber security engineering team in the Risk Management Framework (RMF) Assessment and Authorization (A&A) process for tactical systems.

Business Development Responsibilities• Lead the capture of new and existing business, serve as the primary point of contact, and develop a trusted advisor relationships with new and existing federal customers.• Provide thought leadership with regards to developments in the security industry including advisories, malware, vulnerabilities, and viruses including the evaluation and report on their potential business impact. Act as internal and external expert on matters relating to the RMF process.• Develop campaign plans, account plans, and specific opportunity capture plans that shapes and supports annual corporate planning efforts of a customer's direction, trends, and strategic opportunities. Develop and track a strategic call plan which includes regular, periodic meetings with strategically relevant customer contacts. Generate and increase order intake and drive the organization to the next level of expertise by demonstrating our competence in critical military infrastructure with an emphasis on electrical infrastructure.• Identify, qualify, and lead the capture and closure of business opportunities using Shipley processes and work with designated proposal teams to shape such opportunities. Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. monthly sales results and annual forecasts) and prepare reports on account and opportunity capture status and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) on a weekly basis.• Support overall proposal development efforts to include preparing draft Statements of Work, writing proposal volumes and sections, developing content and presenting at milestone and gate reviews, reviewing/editing proposal responses, participation on "color" and review teams, and providing support across functional lines. Develop win strategies, price to win, and discriminators.

Business Development Operations• Manage the DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Authorization to Operate (ATO) accreditation process for federal customer's industrial control systems (ICS).• Lead a team performing engineering support and system administration of federal cybersecurity to include installation, configuration, maintenance, patching, and back-up/restore for ICS.• Manage the implementation of federal DoD STIG requirements, NIST RMF, IAVMs, and Cyber Security assessment tools (ACAS, Nessus, SCC, STIG Viewer) for federal projects including the use of NIST security controls and the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) tools.• Perform on-site surveys of federal client energy and ICS equipment installations, operations, and processes to position SGT for solution sales. Identify, assess, and mitigate system security threats/risks throughout ICS lifecycle, validate system security requirements, formulate, and maintain documentation and system certification and accreditation activities (planning, testing, assessing, and coordinating. Select and implement security controls, timely completion of accreditation packages, formulate and implement mitigations, and maintain the security posture of systems.• Manage the allocation of resources (staffing, facilities, and budgets) and deliverables for various IDIQ task orders.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience• Knowledge of information system architecture and standards as they apply to cyber security.• Experience with hardening cloud, virtualized, and on-prem federal IT environments Knowledge of confidentiality of information, privacy protection, data security, and other information security issues important in a DOD regulated industry.• Experience with large scale, federal enterprise IT O&M, technologies, and programs and a related security technology or discipline such as Identity and Access Management, Cybersecurity Operations, Cybersecurity Engineering, IT Security Audit, and Information Assurance.• Experience in marketing, pricing, and managing energy, building control, fire alarm, electronic security, and electrical services projects through U.S. Government IDIQ or Multiple Award Type Contract vehicles.• Possess DoD 8570 IAM Level II or IAT Level II certifications.• Excellent written and verbal communications with the ability to present complex issues to multi-level audiences of company and government executives.• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.• Ability and willingness to travel, both domestic and international, at a minimum of 30% annually.• A minimum of 10 years related Cyber and Systems Engineering experience.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience• Current Top-Secret Clearance is preferred• Ability to obtain a CI polygraph after onboarding• 15 years of experience in a corporate or government setting• BA, BS, or equivalent technical degree• Advanced certification in cyber security a plus, CISSP, GCIH, GCFE, GCIA, CISM or similar certification• Understanding of energy contract vehicles including ESPCs, UMCSs, PPA's, UP, UESCs and other contracts as required.• Knowledge of U.S. commercial and Government standards, regulations and codes will be beneficial (e.g., DoD Unified Facility Criteria, OSHA, NFPA, ASHRAE, NIST, DoD, RMF, NERC CIP Cyber security, etc.)

Security Requirements• Candidate must be a United States Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret level U.S. Government Security Clearance• Employees of Siemens Government Technologies may be required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 in accordance with the workplace safety protocols for Federal contractors and subcontractors pursuant to Executive Order 14042 or state/local laws and regulations
