The number of calls taking place on Aircall across the globe is growing exponentially, and this has organically led to a budding ecosystem of developers building applications on top of Aircall.
At Aircall, empowering these developers is a key part of our strategy, and we are hiring a Director of App Ecosystem to drive this strategy forward. This is a strategic role that will lead the growth of our app marketplace from 100 to 1000 partners, delivering new programs, partner support, and overall growth of our ecosystem. You’ll be closely aligned with company leadership and be a key contributor across departments.

Responsibilities
- Technology Partner Program Management :
- Develop and execute an overall partnership strategy for the Aircall platform that drives revenue growth and delivers customer value
- Attract the development of new applications across targeted integration categories and build the catalog of services for customers
- Increase app adoption among our customer base & measure impact
- Work across Product and Engineering, Execs, Marketing, Business Operations, Product Marketing, Finance and Sales to generate alignment and support
- Partner Experience :
- Provide support and resources to create a world-class developer experience for building and maintaining applications
- Deliver on our partnership program through comarketing and generating early success for app partners.
- Build our catalog of API tutorials to provide use cases and examples of how to leverage the Aircall API
- Partner with the engineering and product teams to advocate for frameworks and technology that delivers partner and customer value
- Marketplace Development :
- Enhance the utility of the Aircall Marketplace for end customers, with an eye on delivering customer value and differentiating our product offering.
- Provide product roadmap input and acquisition opportunities based on usage and customer feedback
- Work with product and engineering to help deliver product enhancements on behalf of our partners
- Partner Outreach and Relationships :
- Research the market landscape to identify new opportunities that can improve the customer experience through the app ecosystem
- Be the point person for inbound partnership and other opportunities
- Lead business development for new applications
What you'll need
