The Corporate Classified Cyber Security team has an exciting opportunity to join our effort in shaping the future of Classified Cyber Security to meet today's challenges.

The Classified Cyber Security Professional Development Lead will report directly to the Corporate Director of Classified Cyber Transformation and Enterprise Operations.

This position will provide significant input in the planning, execution, and assessment of the Classified Cyber Security professional roadmaps, define and lead requirements for knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs) at each level within Classified Cyber Security, work with the leadership team to develop and expand the mentorship program, and work closely with Human Resources Business Partners and Talen Acquisition for the recruitment and retainment of Classified Cyber Security talent.

The lead will work diligently to recruit and develop high potential military personnel and college graduates to shape the future of OneLM Security. This position will also be responsible for developing hiring standards and training for early and mid-level managers.

Basic Qualifications
• Experience with education/professional development programs
• Experience with Leadership Development/Ethics education and programs.
• Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills and the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions.
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
• Outstanding PC proficiency in a Windows environment and experience with enterprise-wide systems.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security Clearance

Desired skills
• Experience creating organizational roadmaps and requirements• Previous experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition• Project Management experience• Experience in Cyber Security, Information Technology, or Cyber Engineering is strongly recommended

Ability to work remotely

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Pay Rate:
In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the annual base salary range for this position is $117,000 - $195,000 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and business considerations when extending an offer.
