We are looking for a Bilingual (English-Spanish) Customer Service Representative with a strong sense of empathy to be the face of our pharmacy to customers, vendors, interviewees, and other guests. Together, we will provide world-class customer service to everyone who walks through our doors.

What you’ll do:

  • Act as the point person for all patient and visitor needs
  • Ensure that interviewees and other guests feel valued and attended to
  • Notify hiring managers when interviewees arrive
  • Keep the front of house clean, presentable, and professional
  • Collaborate with pharmacy employees to assist patients who elect to pick their prescriptions up in person
  • Leave visitors feeling delighted
  • Properly receiving and making sure that product has arrived in good condition.
  • Checking for damages of product, noting invoices correctly, and properly submitting using software on the handheld device
  • Putting away correctly, labeling full cases on expiration dates, properly labeling the bin number for any top-stock full cases, and filling a bin using FIFO
  • Picking appropriately, scanning each product to ensure proper rotation of product
  • Packing and labeling with care and accuracy, validating addresses and labels
  • Working closely with our delivery team by preparing orders in time for their schedule delivery (or in time for customer pickup in the case of online pickup orders)
  • Follow all applicable government regulations including HIPAA.
  • Other duties as assigned; Job duties may vary by location.

What you'll have:

The most qualified candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a pharmacy or other healthcare environment. Additionally, you should have:
