The Impact You Will Make
The ROI Coordinator is a critical member of our team. This person is responsible for ensuring that our processes, workflows and data tracking run smoothly. We want you to take total ownership in this role. You should be detail and solution oriented and quick to learn. You should approach work creatively and collaboratively. You should feel comfortable working in ambiguous and fast paced environments. You should be comfortable multi-tasking, prioritizing and challenging the status quo by offering feedback to improve our processes. We are looking for someone who is motivated and ready to jump in with a whatever-it-takes mentality.
- Support the Restaurant Onboarding & Implementation organization by owning and executing on the logistics of all performance management tracking at all levels
- Work with our leadership team to flag inconsistencies in performance and required follow up
- Manage shared department calendar & all department wide deadlines
- Manage deadlines for management team & reminders
- Attend Manager level meetings where needed, keeping confidential information private
- Create cadence for updating all team tracking docs & ensuring these remain up to date with current and historical data
- Leverage innovative thinking and decision styles to "get the job done"
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training processes & keeping materials up to date
- Provide scheduling support for new hire onboarding facilitators
- Create and maintain team reporting & dashboards as teams change within Salesforce
- Manage data cleanup projects and work with ops team to synthesize results
What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in the administrative/logistics space
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Translate complex ideas and demanding needs into reality
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in computer applications, experience with Salesforce required
- Proficient with G-Suite
- Comfortable learning new technologies including: time management platforms, learning management systems, CRM software etc.
