As part of Windstream's Sales Compensation Administration team, you will work alongside a dedicated groupof people to address and manage questions regarding commissions.You will be responsible for executing commission processes including preparing commission computations, coordinating, and evaluating existing commission processes for improvement opportunities, implementing strategies and process changes to enhance the accuracy, timeliness and auditability of commission payments. This is a remote position and can sit anywhere in the United States.

What You'll Do:

  • Work with SCA & HRIT to develop and test new data feeds, process design, and commission plan setup
  • Oversee commission plan tracking and verification
  • Serve as subject matter expert on commission plans & system design
  • Ensure data consistency in our commissions system and HRIS system
  • Seek opportunities to identify inefficiencies, analyze data for new reports, and make the commission system more intuitive for end users
  • Review current process flows with SCA team members and lead projects to optimize the system to meet business goals
Job Requirements
Do You Have:
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
  • Superior Excel skillsand experience
  • Detail oriented / enjoys detailed work
  • Adapts well to change / thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Values teamwork
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university is a plus
  • Ability to read and write SQL queries is desired
Even Better:
  • Experience with ETL & database architecture is desired
  • Experience with Tableau, Salesforce.com is desired
  • Experience with Oracle databases
  • Ability to work remotely
  • Sales Operations or Compensation Support job experience
  • Comfortable leading projects to completion

Minimum Requirements: College degree and 3-5 years professional level experience with 1 years supervisory experience for roles with supervision; or 7 years professional level related experience with 1 years supervisory experience for roles with supervision; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.
