Corteva Agriscience is searching for an experienced Cloud Security Services Lead. This position is responsible for the technologies, policies, controls, and services that protect cloud information, applications, and infrastructure from threats. In this role you'll be a senior contributor in implementing next-generation security technology stacks in the cloud. Delivering cloud security products that improve the security posture and visibility of Corteva's cloud environment. Proven leadership abilities while maintaining the technical skillset to implement smart security controls. The Cloud Security Services team will be responsible for cloud security administration and maintaining adherence with Corteva cloud security standards.
Primary Responsibilities - How will you help us Grow

• Secure Corteva's cloud platform.
• Collaborate with the Compliance teams to ensure the Cloud platform meets regulatory requirements.
• Align cloud security solutions to the enterprise security architecture strategy.
• Collaborate with the Security Architecture, DevOps, and Collaboration teams.
• Provide key performance and risk indicators to the Cybersecurity Command and Control Lead.
• Support the broader information technology organization with the design, planning, and support of security technologies that reside in cloud infrastructure.
• Cloud platforms & key technologies in use:
  • AWS
  • Azure
  • O365
• Security technologies currently in use:
  • Email Security and Protection
  • CASB
  • Microsoft Defender Stack
• Champions the implementation of industry leading cloud security standards and best practices across the enterprise.
• Provides advice, analysis, and recommendation on the security products in the cloud security space.

Qualifications
Education & Experience - What You'll Bring to the Table

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer science, Information Technology/Management, or related fields are highly desired but not required.
• Experience with Cloud Security operations and Information Security strategy, practices, technologies, and tools.
• 5+ years of information technology experience, preferably in cybersecurity.
• 3+ years of industry experience working with Azure and O365 cloud platforms with some AWS experience desired.
• Understanding of complex security frameworks and risk controls.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Ability to lead in a team-oriented environment that is multinational and cross organizational with a managed service component.
• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen.
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse technologies and techniques.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong experience with Azure Security Center.
• Knowledge of how NSG's and ASG's work together.
• Knowledge of log aggregation services like Splunk and Sentinel.
• Knowledge of Exchange Online.
• Knowledge of Messaging gateways and mail sanitation tooling like Proofpoint or Cisco is a plus.

Other Preferred Qualifications

• CISM - Certified Information Security Manager.
• CISSP - Certified Information Systems Security Professional.
• Microsoft Azure Security Engineer.
• Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator.
• Scripting language such as PowerShell is desired.
