Client Success Manager – Intelligent Analytics, PnP

On the NielsenIQ Intelligent Analytics PnP Client Success team you will work face-to-face with major CPG/FMCG players and use NielsenIQ iA PnP solutions to help answer questions such as guiding pricing strategies and evaluating the effectiveness of promotions.   • Build strong partnerships with clients and internal stakeholders, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor to your clients

  • Monitor usage of our tools and create action plans when necessary

  • Provide client training to drive engagement and stickiness with our clients. Ensure our tools are part of their day-to-day business. Clients cannot live without them.

  • Independently complete analyses using NielsenIQ’s proprietary tools and secondary data to develop insights that drive client outcomes.

  • Develop expertise and ability to advise industry leading clients on marketing plans and industry trends, leading client discussions and presentations as applicable

  • Identify opportunities to collaborate across Nielsen teams and drive sales with clients

  • Lead internal NielsenIQ strategic projects and initiatives


General Skills

  • Strong logic, deductive reasoning, problem solving and critical thinking skills

  • Skilled & polished communicator, including client presentations

  • Able to synthesize data from multiple sources to drive holistic storytelling and client impact 

  • Strong knowledge of statistical approaches

  • Able to maintain positive client relationships in complex situations & resolve client issues

  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Able to work collaboratively with internal & external teams

  • Strong sense of urgency and accountability to drive client outcomes


Background and Technical Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree Required

  • 3-5 years’ experience

  • Strong analytical aptitude

  • Highly Proficient in Google platforms & Microsoft Office software. Advanced Excel experience preferred.

  • Highly Desirable: Able to analyze large data sets, preferably utilizing SQL, Python, R, or similar packages

  • Related industries include: Consumer Packaged Goods, Retail, Consulting, Information, Sales, Analytics


Position can be remote, in the location of the client, and/or at a Nielsen office location
