Proactively gain proficiency as an expert user of team s software products to understand users experience and quality expectations
Interact with medical devices in the execution of manual tests
Translate feature requirements into testable user stories
Adhere to regulatory standards associated with verification of medical systems
Support investigation of reported field issues to identify root cause
Provide test review feedback to foster testing best practices within the team
Contribute to both manual and automated testing effort (typical 50% split)
Create automated testware and refactor existing testware to exercise product behaviors while managing test code maintainability and execution efficiency
Maintain source code for internally developed tools utilized within the testing process
Develop new strategies for manual and automated testing to optimize test coverage
Promote new technologies and testing practices within the team (1.) To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity (2.) TO ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussionsorreview. (3.) To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations. (4.) To be responsible for providing technical guidance or solutions, recommend value creation initiatives to clients and implement industry best practices.
