Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to manage stressful situations with a calm, pleasant demeanor
  • Timely communication regarding customer reports
  • Follow up on outstanding issues awaiting response
  • Demonstrates dedication and effort towards meeting and exceeding expectations.


Position Requirements

  • B.S. in Computer Science, or related.
  • 2-5 years experience in supply chain software
  • Proficient with incident reporting systems, knowledge of Cherwell is a plus
  • Keep customer accounts current by documenting incidents and bug submissions timely and effectively
  • Basic understanding of web-coded solutions and their interaction within multiple browsers
  • Understand Database methods and ODBC setup processes
  • Must be able to read and write basic SQL to aid in support analysis
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work across multiple versions of our solution
  • Utilize remote access tools effectively
  • Effective time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, and PowerPoint
  • Available to work some evenings and weekends within an on-call rotation
  • Light Travel as required
