Responsibilities
  • Will Support the Application Management Function - AIT Management, DR Exercise Coordination, Will be a liaison between the Business Partners, Development Team, Prod Support organization, Access Management etc.
  • Will work with Business Partners to identify if there are any application issues across the suite of products - Database, Informatica, Mule, Appian BPM Tools.
  • Will work with the production support team to ensure the health of all applications and work with the Development teams to escalate as required.
  • Partner with Development Managers
  • Reporting of metrics and summary to Senior Leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Expectation is that above activities will be autonomously and repeatedly managed by the team once knowledge transfer of the process components is completed and a functional understanding of the application set is achieved.

Required Skills
  • B.S. in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or Information Technology or Equivalent
  • 5+ years of application management experience.
  • Application Management Experience (AIT Management, Business Continuity Planning (BCP) DR Exercise Coordination, DBA Coordination)
  • Experienced with use of ARM (Creating, Revoking, Managing Service IDs, PB Roles, Data Ownership & ARM Forms)
  • Application Support Experience (Root Cause Analysis, Versatile Trouble Shooting Expertise)
  • Data Background (Moderate skills to read, write & comprehend queries for research or troubleshooting needs
  • Project Management (Day to Day activities require ability to track down various items, follow up and hold other teams accountable).
  • Strong project management, highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • JIRA experience (Planning, Tracking and Managing of Technical related user stories)
  • Experience working with Servers, Vulnerabilities and Software patches
  • Ability to work closely with business partners and the development team in an Agile development environment
  • Technical Domain: Knowledge : Java/J2EE, JAVA, Oracle database, Linux, Integration (REST, SOAP, MuleSoft, etc.), Commercial Lending applications.
  • B.S. in Computer Engineering or related
  • 5+ years of application management experience.
