As a member of the operations team at Endex, you'll be a critical support person helping ensure our organization runs efficiently. You'll assist in connecting various teams and help turn vision into reality as we build the future of financial analysis. You might be a fit if you:
have strong organizational skills and can help coordinate tasks across teams
are detail-oriented and can manage documentation and follow-through on projects
can anticipate basic operational needs and proactively address them
communicate clearly and effectively with team members at all levels
are comfortable learning new systems and adapting to changing priorities
can maintain organized records and assist with regular reporting
Bonus if you have:
Previous experience in an operations or administrative support role
Familiarity with project management or productivity tools
