Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations
- Coordinate and execute personnel actions, and provide administrative support including Lean Six Sigma (L6S) efforts
- Assist with internal organization standard operating procedures (SOPs) and processes
- Manage customer survey feedback including reviewing survey methodology, questionnaires, interview/focus group guides, and analysis methodology
- Receive and analyze incoming requirements and taskers, routing actions accordingly, and ensure completion and timeliness of responses.
- Ensure leadership awareness
- Track and facilitate joint efforts between government and contractor service providers
- Interact with senior level government officials and other leadership across agencies
- Coordinate and organize high level, high visibility events and visits, to include international visitors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; 4 additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated, relevant experience
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficient with SharePoint, user and basic administrative skills
- Strong oral and written communication and organizational skills
- Process improvement experience and/or understanding is required
- High degree of attention to detail, flexibility, and responsive to changing requirements and priorities
- Self-motivated, possess sound planning and organizational skills, ability to multitask, and perform in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Must have a secret DoD clearance
Desired Experience
- Experience with and working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma. Lean Six Sigma certification a plus. CMMI, Total Army Quality, ISSO, and/or other process improvement and standards programs experience and knowledge is desirable.
- Experience working with Army, Joint Staff, and/or DoD organizations highly desired (leadership role/experience, executive officer or equivalent experience a plus)
