Hourly Operations Support Associate
We are looking for someone that can assist with our daily shipment and warehouse operations both in warehouse and handling communication regarding logistics for patients and customers. Hours are 9am-5pm M-F
Title: Operations Associate
Hours: 40 hours a week
Compensation: $15/hour
Location: In-Office (Bridesburg, Philadelphia)
Responsibilities
Assisting with the fulfillment of medical device orders and warehouse operations.
Responsibilities Include:
- Logistics Support: inbound and outbound calls to patients and customers to and ownership of logistic issues via a ticketing system
- Order Fulfillment: Packing and fulfilling orders for patients, data entry
- Warehouse Ops: Taking inventory, maintaining warehouse organization
- Quality Assurance: Process incoming returns, clean and test devices
- Warehouse Maintenance: Ensure the warehouse is clean and tidy, trash removal, sweeping, etc.
Skills Needed
● Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
● Good communication skills
● Google Suite
** Need to be able to regularly pick up items weighing 1-50lbs
** Need to be able to stand for long periods of time
