Experience Required: 0–3 years in administrative support or operations coordination
The Operations Support Specialist will provide critical administrative and operational assistance to ensure the smooth functioning of academic workflows for the AI Minor program.
Manage scheduling, meetings, and communications for the operations team.
Maintain records and support exam logistics.
Coordinate LMS support and student operations.
Handle communication with partners like TCS iON.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience in academic operations or edtech.
