We are seeking a reliable and motivated Operations Support Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on administrative and operational support to help ensure smooth daily operations at our facility. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.

Position Overview
The Operations Support Specialist provides clerical and administrative support to department managers while assisting with daily operational coordination.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks and plays a key role in supporting team efficiency and communication.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Administrative Support

  • Create, distribute, and close customer service tickets daily.
  • Maintain and distribute departmental information and updates.
  • Communicate with supervisors and managers regarding operational or dispatch issues.
  • Prepare and maintain operational reports as directed by management.
  • Use software tools to track and manage tasks such as:
    • Time and attendance
    • Safety incidents
    • Contract labor tracking
  • Assist with operational projects and initiatives.
  • Communicate with customers regarding service issues when needed.
  • Coordinate scheduling and work assignments with employees.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Participate in company-sponsored training programs.
  • Stay current on job-related technology and operational tools.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Preferred Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in administrative support, operations, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to follow directions and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills, including the ability to use software systems for reporting, scheduling, and ticket management.

Physical Requirements

  • Frequent use of hand and finger coordination, including keyboarding.
