The Role

 

Description:
Support position that combines administrative duties with data entry tasks related to claims and subrogation case management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete data entry and creation of new cases into Claritev’s case systems.
  • Review incoming mail and electronic correspondence for relevant claim details.
  • Retrieve, image, and prioritize daily incoming documentation.
  • Perform ISO index searches and identify subrogation opportunities.
  • Process incoming emails, faxes, and voicemails into the Discovery Case Management system.
  • Coordinate case information with other departments.
