Operations Support Specialist

We're looking for an Operations Support Specialist who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving problems, and knows how to keep apartment communities running smoothly. This mobile, hands-on role supports onsite teams across an assigned region by providing operational, leasing, administrative, compliance, and financial support wherever it is needed most.
In this role, you will:
- Provide hands-on operational, leasing, and administrative support to apartment communities.
- Assist with staffing gaps, lease-ups, resident relations, rent collection, audits, and special projects.
- Help ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing requirements, and operational standards.
- Partner with onsite teams and regional leadership to improve occupancy, retention, and overall community performance.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 5 years of apartment property management experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- The ability to work independently and support multiple communities as needed
- Weekend availability as business needs require
- A willingness to travel between communities throughout the assigned region
