The Opportunity

Delaware North Travel and Hospitality is hiring an Operations Support Intern to join our corporate operations support team for the Summer of 2023. As an Operations Support Intern, you will assist the business unit to transition all contracts from the current system into the to the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system called On It.

Delaware North internships are paid and can be completed for academic credit. We are seeking an intern for the Summer of 2023 on a full time basis, with potential to work part time through the fall semester to complete the project. We are open to a remote intern.

Minimum pay rate: $17.00 / hour

Responsibilities

• Identify key contractual data points from legacy contracts of specific locations for contract metadata intake into a centralized contract repository
• Accountable for compliance with internal requirements pertaining to contract intake
• Support the new CLM technology roadmap by working with the CLM team to provide insights into processes and procedures

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program.
• Open to the following majors: Business, Law / Pre-Law
• Software/Technical Skills: Word, Excel intermediate to advanced skills, Sharepoint knowledge to retrieve documents
• Contract management experience is helpful
• Document management systems experience is a plus
• Ability to read a contract to pull out relevant information and input into the CLM
