Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations & Supply Chain Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our end-to-end supply chain strategy to maximize efficiency, productivity, and alignment across global operations.

Main Duties:

·        Plan, implement, and monitor comprehensive supply chain strategies, covering the full cycle of pre-sales, after-sales, and service operations.

·        Manage orders, service, and sales item supply, email and phone support, and maintenance sales activities.

·        Act as the primary focal point for Sales and Service team coordination, ensuring excellent customer experience and seamless execution.

·        Hands-on experience in coordinating with global and regional teams to maintain accurate operational forecasts and supply alignment

·        Collaborate closely with Purchasing, Logistics, Planning, and other cross-functional teams as needed.

·        Define, monitor, and analyze key supply chain KPIs to evaluate performance and drive continuous improvement.

·        Manage and maintain all relevant data and processes within SAP and QlikView systems.

·        Recommend, lead, and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and operational excellence.

·        Train, mentor, and evaluate team members, providing constructive feedback and professional guidance 


Requirements

·        3–6 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or related roles.

·        Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Business Administration).

·        Hands-on experience with SAP (MM or other modules).

·        Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.

·        Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

·        Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

·        Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a global, matrix-based environment.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Qlik View experience is an advantage.
