  • Manage and coach Drivers, Ground Patrollers, Scooter Swappers to deliver consistent operational performance.

  • Lead local training, onboarding, and refresher programs to build capability within the team.

  • Track operational issues, incidents, and escalations, owning root-cause analysis and follow-through to resolution.

  • Support city-level operational planning, data capture, and reporting to inform day-to-day decision-making and optimisation.

  • Act as a visible, hands-on leader and brand ambassador, supporting other cities during launches, peaks, or resourcing gaps as required.

  • Proven experience leading teams in an operational, logistics, or field-based environment.

  • A hands-on leadership style, with the ability to lead from the field and work alongside frontline teams.

  • Strong operational judgement, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into practical actions.

  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; exposure to dashboards or reporting tools (e.g. Tableau) is advantageous.

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, complex operational environment.

  • Strong communication, organisational, and people-management skills.

  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with a practical, solutions-focused approach.

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise effectively, and adapt to changing operational demands.
