Operations Supervisor – Waste Connections
Location: Calistoga, CA
Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 annually
Bonus: 10% Cash Bonus

As an Operations Supervisor, you’ll be part of our elite operations team with a clear path to advancement. We’re looking for someone who is open to relocation and eager to grow into higher-level management roles within 1–3 years.
What You’ll DoLead and assign work crews operating solid waste collection equipment.
Monitor daily operations and adjust staffing as needed.
Conduct field inspections and audits to ensure safety and compliance.
Develop and execute safety goals and initiatives.
Handle customer complaints and ensure service excellence.
Conduct performance reviews and manage team development.
Set short- and long-term goals for the hauling company.
Oversee compliance programs including environmental, OSHA, and local permitting.
This position is safety sensitive
Willingness to relocate for promotional opportunities.
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
Background in transportation, trucking, or logistics.
Ability to obtain a Class B CDL within 90 days.
Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel and business systems.

Waste Connections, Inc. is an integrated solid waste services company that provides waste collection, transfer, disposal and recycling services in mostly exclusive and secondary markets in the U.S. and Canada. Through its R360 Environmental Solutions subsidiary, the Company is also a leading provider of non-hazardous oilfield waste treatment, recovery and disposal services in several of the most active natural resource producing areas in the United States, including the Permian, Bakken and Eagle Ford Basins.
