Want to lead from the front and keep a city moving? Neuron is hiring casual Operations Supervisors to lead field teams and power our e-scooter fleet across Edmonton. This is a hands-on role where real leadership meets real impact—on the streets and within your team.
What You’ll Do- Lead daily field operations and support a team of drivers
- Oversee scooter relocations, battery swaps, and service vehicle logistics
- Coordinate routes and respond to on-the-ground challenges
- Track performance and report key operational metrics
Talent we’re seeking
- Leadership experience or a natural ability to guide teams
- Previous experience in Mechanic and Safe driving
- Strong knowledge of Edmonton's streets and high-traffic zones
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Able to lift 50–60 lbs and ride a scooter if needed
- Tech-savvy, proactive, and team-oriented
- Must be 25+
