About the team:

The pKYC Alert Disposition Team is a new group of KYC subject matter experts pivotal in launching Worldpay's innovative perpetual KYC (pKYC) approach. Recently trained on the latest KYC platforms and screening tools, the team efficiently manages KYC alerts by updating records using publicly available information and direct customer contact. This proactive approach enhances record accuracy and strengthens compliance, driving Worldpay's commitment to perpetual KYC and fostering customer trust.

Their tasks include:

  • Analysing KYC Alerts: Using advanced screening tools to identify risks.
  • Updating Records: Ensuring accuracy with public data and customer interactions.
  • Customer Engagement: Verifying information and resolving discrepancies.

What you’ll own:

  • Leading a Team of up to 15 KYC Agents for Worldpay
  • Driving team performance to hit customer metrics
  • Liaise with internal stakeholder management, including HR, Resource Planning, Change Teams, and Learning and Development
  • Build a supportive environment for the team to succeed, to provide the best customer experience for all our clients
  • Cooperate with the data team to identify process KPIs and generate MI
  • Provide coaching and development
  • Deal with complex customer issues when escalated

What you bring:

  • Minimum of 2 years of Team management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and customer-driven, focusing on providing the highest quality services to Worldpay customers
  • Ability to lead and manage large teams effectively
  • Proven target performance within a management role, ideally in Customer Care or a similar field
  • Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving approach
  • Proactive attitude and passion for improving processes and finding out-of-the-box solutions
  • Ability to create and promote a positive and productive work environment, prioritizing colleagues' well-being
