ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Ensure teller and CSR area adheres to internal controls, internally developed audit, compliance and operations procedures.
Assist in the hiring and training of operational staff.
Maintain compliance in all job duties through daily, weekly, and monthly review of maintenance reports and surprise audits.
Identify and keep tellers informed of areas that provide potential risk or loss; such as counterfeit bills, forgeries, stolen checks, etc.
Oversee and supervise teller activities, including but not limited to: Monitoring teller’s outages, cash limits, cash orders, etc.
Monitor alarms, surveillance systems, and responding to emergencies.
Performing checkback of business accounts opened and initiating the daily wire request report daily.
Backup CSO when necessary, as well as train to be potential successor to the CSO.
Backup CSRs when necessary.
Review daily reports.
Perform other job related duties and special projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
High School degree or equivalent.
Two – three years of Teller experience.
Ability to acquire an understanding of BancFirst products and services, including deposit products.
Must become proficient in opening new accounts and servicing accounts.
Extraordinary customer service will be required at all times.
Proficient in Horizon, Horizon Teller, iDO.
Ability to motivate teller and CSR staff, coach sales and assist in acquiring goals set forth by management.
At all times must conduct themselves professionally as an example to others.
Able to perform in a highly sensitive environment, deal with confidential matters, and meet deadlines.
Must be able to communicate professionally verbally and in writing.
Work well under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasks.
Critical thinking skills.
Excellent work ethic.
Must be flexible and able to work additional hours when crucial to the branch.
Attendance and punctuality is an essential function of the job.
