ODORZX INC. is hiring an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead daily carwash and detailing operations at our GRR site. This hands-on role requires a dependable leader who can manage a team, maintain service quality, and keep operations running safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations, coordinate assignments, and maintain workflow to meet client needs and company standards.
- Lead, train, and coach carwash and detailing technicians, setting clear expectations for productivity, quality, and professionalism.
- Inspect vehicles to verify cleaning and detailing standards are met and address deficiencies promptly.
- Monitor cleaning supplies, detailing products, and equipment; coordinate replenishment and report maintenance needs.
- Enforce safety procedures and proper use of equipment and cleaning products.
- Address client questions and concerns professionally, escalating issues to management as needed.
- Partner with management to improve efficiency, service quality, and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate operational records, tracking sheets, attendance documentation, and employee performance records.
Work Schedule
- Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Workdays: Thursday through Monday
- Days off: Tuesday and Wednesday
- Nights and weekends are required.

- Ability to lead, train, and hold team members accountable for quality, productivity, and professionalism.

- Working knowledge of vehicle cleaning and detailing techniques, equipment, products, and safe handling practices.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, including the ability to resolve concerns professionally.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with computer applications for maintaining records, preparing reports, and tracking operational performance.
- Availability to work Thursday through Monday, 1:00 PM–10:00 PM, including nights and weekends. Scheduled days off are Tuesday and Wednesday.
