While our engineering team pushes the boundaries of transparent hardware, we need a strong operational backbone behind it. As an Operations Specialist, reporting directly to the Head of Operations, you’ll keep our physical logistics, stock management and internal operations accurate and efficient — from international chip shipments to team travel.

To achieve ambitious goals with a lean, highly focused team, we rely heavily on AI tools and automation to remove busywork and focus on high-value operational work. We’re looking for someone meticulous, proactive, and comfortable using AI to make operations run better.

👉 What You'll Do
  • ERP & AI-Driven Administration: You’ll own the operational data in our ERP system. This is not just manual data entry — you’ll use AI tools and automation to streamline inputs and outputs, process shipping paperwork more efficiently, and maintain accurate digital records. Your goal is to make our ERP a perfectly accurate reflection of our physical reality

  • Precision Warehouse Keeping: Take complete ownership of our physical inventory of high-value semiconductor components and development boards. This includes actively setting and auditing stock levels, designing a well-organized storage system, and ensuring hardware is stored safely and logically so the engineering team can quickly find what they need

  • Global Shipping & Logistics: Manage the complete end-to-end shipping lifecycle. You’ll pull stock from the warehouse, securely package sensitive electronic items, source and book the most efficient forwarders, and handle follow-up communication and customs documentation with our international customers and partners

  • Travel Coordination: Manage flight bookings and accommodation based on internal team requests, ensuring our engineers and founders can get to critical meetings and conferences without logistical friction

💪 Who You Are

There’s no single “perfect background” for this role, but what matters is how you think and work. Here’s the profile we have in mind:

  • An AI-Empowered Operator: You don’t tolerate repetitive manual tasks. When faced with a mountain of paperwork or a complex scheduling email, your first instinct is to use AI tools (such as Gemini, Claude, or ERP automation) to draft responses, extract data, and speed up the process

  • Independent & Meticulous: You have strong attention to detail and a strict sense of order. You do not let inventory discrepancies, missing customs invoices, or logistical details slip through the cracks

  • Technically Minded: You don’t need a specific university degree, but you have the attitude and willingness to learn the technical vocabulary and context needed to safely handle the hardware and electronic components we build

  • Clear Communicator: You have communicative Czech and at least an intermediate level of English (B1/B2), allowing you to coordinate comfortably with international shipping forwarders and our internal team

What will help you ramp up faster:

  • Hands-on experience working with modern ERP systems and a track record of using AI/automation to optimize daily workflows

  • Knowledge of semiconductors or familiarity with electronic components

  • Familiarity with global hardware shipping logistics, customs procedures
