Please note this position is fully in-office.
Responsibilities:
- Track and trace pick-ups and deliveries via phone, e-mail or online
- Manage freight shipments
- Enter order information into logistics software and update order status
- Keep load board up to date
- Continuously follow up on shipments to ensure no problems arise
- Provide proofs of delivery (PODs) to customers when required
- Schedule pick-up and delivery appointments as needed
Requirements:
- Proficiency in professional oral and written communication
- Minimum of a high school diploma
- Demonstrated success in the ability to work under pressure and multi-task effectively
- Ability to work without immediate supervision
- Ability to follow a 100% in-person on-site work model
