Euronet seeks a new team member to play a vital role in supporting activities related to ATM and POS networks, electronic financial transactions, cards management, fraud monitoring, cardholder support and bank support across Romania!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cooperation with teams all over the world
- Interact with various applications, access information, search data, create reports, report incidents, write emails, take calls
- Learn a lot of technical details about the world of payment terminals
- Excel in interruptions and switching between activities, emails, calls
Working hours
- Rotation shift system work (will be explained during interview)
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-3 years of experience in Operations, Information Technology or Technical Help Desk functions (ex. customer care, back office services for operational and technical support)
- Fluent in Romanian and English
- Good knowledge of Excel and MS Office package
- Effective communication and quick decision making
- Education from a technical-oriented institute is consider advantage
