Position Overview:
As the Operations Specialist at Creator Deck you will play a crucial role in our operations department. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in resource management, procurement, project coordination, accounts receivable/accounts payable, document management, and HR administration tasks. This role requires excellent multitasking abilities and the capacity to collaborate effectively across departments to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as an occasional back-up to other Operations team members.
- Jump in on ad hoc projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in HR and finance domains.
- Strong proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite specifically Excel, Quickbooks, Bill.com preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Passion for numbers and ability to analyze.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
