We are hiring for an Operations Specialist to provide tier 2 support, maintenance, and software services for a variety of digital menu board footprint (both indoor and outdoor). This includes handling escalations from Tier 1 support, scheduling on-site technicians, arranging part shipments from warehouses, and updating the knowledge base.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Provide system operation services to STRATACACHE clients
  • Provide tier 2 technical support assistance
  • Manage a variety of ticket queues for multiple clients
  • Perform other duties, as requested.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required; Associates Degree in Computer Science preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years technical support or relevant experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and plan/prioritize work to meet deadlines with a high-degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
