About the role
As a Marketplace Operations Analyst, you will own the execution of commercial initiatives for strategic partners within the BEES Marketplace, helping some of the world's leading consumer goods companies grow their digital business.
In this role, you will act as the operational owner of your partners' digital presence, ensuring commercial strategies are successfully executed across the platform. You will coordinate cross-functional teams—including Commercial, Product, Technology, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations—to deliver initiatives, optimize execution, and drive business performance.
Success in this role requires a combination of project management, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and commercial acumen. You'll monitor business performance, identify growth opportunities through data, and translate insights into action plans that improve both partner experience and commercial results.

What you'll do:
- Own the operational execution of commercial initiatives for strategic partners within the BEES Marketplace.
- Manage partners' digital presence by coordinating promotions, campaigns, product visibility, digital communications, and other commercial initiatives across the platform.
- Build and manage commercial calendars, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with business priorities.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Commercial, Product, Technology, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to ensure successful project execution.
- Act as the primary operational point of contact for assigned partners, driving execution and ensuring an excellent partner experience.
- Monitor commercial performance, analyze business metrics, and identify opportunities to improve sales, engagement, and operational efficiency.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and business insights to support decision-making and recommend data-driven action plans.
- Present performance updates, key insights, and business recommendations during recurring stakeholder and governance meetings.
- Continuously identify process improvements to simplify operations and enhance execution quality.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Advanced English.
- Experience in Marketplace, E-commerce, Digital Commerce, Trade Marketing, Commercial Operations, Retail Media, Customer Success, or Partner Operations.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into business recommendations.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience analyzing business performance and commercial KPIs.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and prioritization skills.
- Power BI knowledge is a plus.
- SQL or Python for data analysis is a plus.

Skills Required

- Knowledge of Power BI
