Description:
Digitain is looking for an Operations Specialist to join the Company's team. He/She must ensure the correct operation of online monitoring and game risk evaluation and provide support to our customers on a daily basis
Job responsibilities:
- Perform all types of configurations in the company’s Back Office systems.
- Communicate directly with partners to handle requests such as currency additions, limit changes and new project setups.
- Work closely with Technical and Product teams to ensure seamless integrations and timely delivery of projects.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of partner setups, configurations, and activation processes.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes, optimize technology use and implement best practices.
- Identify and resolve setup or configuration issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain high standards of partner support and escalate critical issues when required.
- Manage and follow up on tickets with internal teams to obtain necessary information or technical support.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree; a technical background is preferable
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strongly developed decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to create reports in written form
- Organizational skills and ability to work in a team
- Ability to work in different fast-paced work environments and quickly respond to changing situations
- Attention to detail and well-developed memory
- High sense of responsibility
- Good knowledge of Russian and English languages
