About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Operations Solution Specialist to join our Business Intelligence & Operations Solution team. The ideal candidate will have intermediate knowledge in Python programming and the ability to develop solutions to optimize and streamline operational processes. This role requires a proactive individual who can build and document efficient processes, and utilize SQL skills to extract and manage data effectively.

The Business Intelligence & Operations Solution team supports MY Operations by providing insights, streamlining processes, and conducting experimentations to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing operational processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement solutions to optimize workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
• Utilize Python to automate repetitive tasks and processes, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and maintainable.
• Use SQL to extract data from databases as required for processing and operational needs, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Document all operational processes, including design, development, and implementation phases.
• Create comprehensive user guides and technical documentation to support the deployment and maintenance of solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders within MY Operations to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with Country Strategy and Project teams to ensure alignment and support for broader organizational goals.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing solutions.

Qualifications

The Must-Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field such as Mathematics, Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Intermediate knowledge of Python programming.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and management is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability in a high-pressure working environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

The Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with ChatGPT and/or OpenAI GPT API.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Familiarity with remote working tools like Google Suites, Zoom, and Slack.
