Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Project manage workstreams across technology, data, compliance, and finance/billing, among others 
  • Play a significant role in new custodian and TAMP onboardings, and in the operationalization of new products 
  • Partner with teams across Nuveen to support and accelerate Brooklyn’s business growth 
  • Work with technology and business transformation teams to inform, scope, and build more automation and scalable tooling 
  • Engage in relationship monitoring and management of Brooklyn’s key partners, including its external and back office venue, and its current custodians 
  • Assist with large-scale due diligence and reporting initiative
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced environment, such as investment banking or consulting, with exposure to finance and/or capital markets 
  • Strong operational mindset with the ability to stay organized and follow-through on complex initiatives/projects 
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with comfort engaging stakeholders across large organizations and with external partners 
  • High level of ownership and accountability, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a self-starter approach 
  • Adaptability and composure, thriving in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities and high-visibility deliverables 
  • Working Python and/or SQL knowledge is a plus!

Required:

  • 1-2 years of investment banking, consulting, and/or asset management experience

  • Strong project management skills

  • Familiarity with Python and sequel
  • Seamless execution of complex workstreams: Reliable management of multi-step, multi-stakeholder initiatives
  • Stronger, more scalable processes: increased operational efficiencies and automation

Anticipated Posting End Date:

2026-06-30

Base Pay Range: $111,000/yr - $144,000/yr

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.  In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
