You know roofing, you know it’s quirks, complexities, and the skeletons in the closet but you love it anyway. You know that although you love roofing most people don’t. You’ve found ways to explain roofing issues to the average person in a way that is clear and understandable without a lot of industry jargon or confusing acronyms. You know how to meet someone where they are without being condescending. You can de-escalate an upset homeowner without allowing emotion to color decisions.
What you will do:
Write a clear, detailed, and succinct work order for every job we do.
Act as the subject matter expert for our contractors helping them navigate any obstacles they encounter on a roof.
Mediate any contractor/homeowner misunderstandings acting as an independent expert and resolving the disputes in a fair and unbiased manner.
Serve as a second-level support resource for our CSMs, helping them understand and navigate any issue beyond their ability.
