As a Project Manager for Operations Transformation within our team, you will lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion. You will drive risk management, operational efficiency, and innovation through effective management of citizen developers and the implementation of automated solutions using UiPath and Python.
Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple operations transformation projects from initiation to completion, leveraging UiPath and Python for automation.
• Develop detailed project plans and timelines, incorporating automation strategies.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
• Conduct thorough business analysis to understand and document current processes and identify areas for improvement, focusing on automation opportunities.
• Gather and analyze data to support decision-making and project planning; develop business cases and feasibility studies for proposed projects.
• Ensure automated solutions meet business requirements and are delivered on time; monitor their performance for the first 90 days and make improvements as needed.
• Plan and allocate resources effectively, including citizen developers, to ensure project success.
• Identify skill gaps and training needs for team members, particularly in UiPath and Python.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team and across the organization.
• Identify and implement best practices for project management and operations transformation, staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Three years of experience in project management, business analysis, or operations transformation.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Experience with UiPath and Python for automation solutions.
